Please read the following terms regarding your stay at The Rass Hotel
1. Room Categories & Pricing
- Prices for the Deluxe Room and Super Deluxe Room may fluctuate depending on season, availability, or demand.
- The images displayed on the website are for representation purposes, and actual room layout and view might vary slightly.
- Upgrading to a different room is subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Occupancy Rules
Deluxe Room: Maximum capacity as stated in the booking guidelines (usually 2 adults). Additional mattress or guest, if allowed, shall be chargeable.
Super Deluxe Room: Accommodates more people than a Deluxe Room. Extra guests are permitted only provided that approval has been sought. Exceeding the approved capacity is strictly forbidden.
3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: According to hotel rules (normal time applies).
- Check-Out: According to the hotel rules.
- Early check-in or late checkout, subject to room availability, may incur an extra cost.
- Room category (Deluxe or Super Deluxe) cannot be changed once the guest has checked in.
4. Identification & Guest Verification
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests.
- The primary guest name must match the reservation information.
- The hotel may refuse check-in if the identification verification process is not successful.
5. Payment Policy (Razorpay & PhonePe)
Online Payments: Payments made through either Razorpay or PhonePe are secured through encrypted payment gateways. The hotel does not hold credit card, UPI, or bank information on its server.
Payment Confirmation: The booking will be deemed “Confirmed ONLY after payment confirmation through Razorpay/PhonePe”. In case of a successful payment but failed booking confirmation because of some technical problems, it is mandatory to contact hotel support with the transaction reference ID.
Failed / Pending Transactions: The booking shall not be confirmed in the event of a failed or pending transaction. The amount that has been deducted will be refunded automatically as per the timelines of the payment gateway.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation conditions apply differently for Deluxe as well as Super Deluxe rooms as per the displayed charges while making a booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be made via the Razorpay / PhonePe Payment Gateway to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5 - 10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
7. No Show & Early Check-Out
- Any no show booking will not get any refund.
- Early check-out does not qualify for refund for nights not used.
8. Room Use & Conduct
- The rooms will be exclusively used as sleeping facilities.
- Parties or business activities are not allowed in the Deluxe or Super Deluxe room.
- Violation of any sort will result in eviction without refund.
9. Damage, Loss & Security Deposit
- Guests shall be responsible for any damage to room interiors, furniture, and hotel property.
- The hotel has the discretion to charge additional costs for any damages.
- “Hotel does not hold responsibility for loss of valuable articles; it is recommended that necessary measures be taken by clients.”
10. Smoking, Alcohol & Safety
- Smoking is permitted in authorized areas.
- There is drinking allowed only for guests above the legal age to consume alcohol.
- There are no drugs, harmful materials, or weapons permitted.
11. Children & Extra Bedding
- Children should be supervised at all times.
- Additional bedding for children or adults will incur extra costs.
- Free stay for children (if any), as may be determined by the hotel policy and type of room.
12. Force Majeure
The hotel is not responsible for any disruption of its hotel services caused by natural disasters, technological breakdowns, government regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
13. Management Rights
- The management may refuse to accommodate guests in cases where they contravene any of the policies.
- All decisions made by the hotel management shall be considered final and binding.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Booking a stay in our Deluxe Room or Super Deluxe Room and making payment through Razorpay/PhonePe will mean that the guest accepts the above terms and conditions.
